All prices in USD (Upwork's currency). Upwork takes a flat 10% service fee on freelancer earnings, so net-to-us is 90% of headline price.
Pricing rationale¶
- Western-tier median rate = $70/hr ($95-120/hr at the top, excluding outliers)
- 3-tier anchoring lets buyers self-select: Essential anchors low, Conversion+ captures the middle, Performance demonstrates high end exists
- Bottom feeders ($50-200 fixed-price hunters) priced out deliberately - they're time-wasters who break our margin
- No hourly rate listed at the package level - hourly bidding is separate and follows the playbook rules

Tier 1: Essential Landing Page - $499¶
For: Quick lead-gen, simple LP, client handles their own tracking + tools.
Includes everything in Standard, plus: - 5 sections: hero / features / testimonials / FAQ / CTA - GTM container only - we install it, you (or your existing agency) configure the conversion tags inside GTM via their web interface - 48-hour delivery (when client supplies copy + assets within 24h of kickoff) - 1 round of revisions (up to 10 small tweaks)

Tier 2: Conversion+ Landing Page - $1,499¶
For: Paid-traffic LPs, video hero, full tracking stack done for you, CRM-connected.

- WordPress / Webflow / Wix / Squarespace / Framer / Unbounce / Instapage / ClickFunnels / Kajabi / GHL builds → wrong paradigm, skip the brief
- Shopify (Phase 2 - revisit once Next.js system is operational + Replo learned)

How to use in proposals¶
When bidding, propose by tier name not by price tag:
"I offer three options - Essential ($499), Conversion+ ($1,499), or Performance ($2,999). For your brief I'd recommend X because Y. Add-ons available if you need [list]."
This: 1. Anchors at three price points immediately 2. Reduces back-and-forth on scope 3. Makes the recommended tier feel like a considered choice, not an upsell 4. Filters out sub-$499 buyers (good - they're not our customer)
